According to different applications and requirements, these fibers are flame retardant, heat resistant, antibacterial and deodorizing, fragrance resistant, corrosion resistant, antistatic, UV resistant, waterproof and stain resistant. The traditional sound-deadening felt process of flammable fibers has developed from a single flame retardant element to more than two flame retardant elements.
At present, domestic flame retardant, heat insulation and sound absorption products have a single function of flame retardant and heat insulation or noise reduction, large product weight, difficult to cut and construct, and short service life. Our sound-deadening mat can realize multiple functions at the same time, and it is light in weight, easy to cut and construct, and has a long service life.
In addition, the current domestic rail transportation, automobile, aerospace and other fields urgently need new composite materials with multiple functions at the same time to replace the currently used single-function materials, while achieving the need to reduce weight. This invention meets the market demand and is the traditional industry. The new generation provides a strong support.
