Aluminum foil composite fiberglass cloth uses a unique and advanced composite process, with a smooth and flat aluminum foil surface after compositing, high light reflectivity, high tensile strength in both longitudinal and transverse directions, airtight, waterproof, and good sealing performance.
Used as a heat-sealing surface and vapor barrier for insulation materials such as glass wool, rock wool, mineral wool PEF products, and rubber and plastic products. Suitable for online heat-sealing and bonding of cotton felt, cotton boards, cotton pipes, PEF boards, pipes, and rubber and plastic boards and pipes. It meets the needs of HVAC ducts, hot and cold water pipes for insulation and vapor barrier, as well as building insulation needs, making indoor spaces warm in winter and cool in summer, comfortable throughout the year.
1. Corrosion resistance is greatly improved: The aluminum foil surface of the fiberglass cloth is treated with a special anti-corrosion coating, greatly improving its corrosion resistance. At the same time, using the polyethylene hot-air bonding method eliminates the need for composite adhesives, eliminating the hidden dangers of aluminum foil surface corrosion and mildew caused by residual water or solvents in the composite process. 2. Direct hot-pressing composite, saving composite adhesives and reducing the cost of surface composite. 3. Smaller water vapor permeability, further enhancing the vapor barrier effect: The polyethylene layer between the fiberglass cloth and aluminum foil is thicker than that of general surface materials, resulting in smaller water vapor permeability and better vapor barrier effect, reliably protecting insulation materials such as glass wool. 4. Better tensile strength and firmer surface: Fiberglass cloth and aluminum foil have higher mechanical strength than reinforced aluminum foil and are more suitable for online bonding in glass wool, rock wool, and mineral wool factories. 5. Smoother surface, reducing the chance of aluminum foil surface damage: Due to the fine and dense fabric and thick polyethylene layer, the fiberglass cloth and aluminum foil have a smoother surface, and the aluminum foil surface is not easily damaged by friction, thus better playing the role of vapor barrier.
