1. Sound Corporate Business Activities
(1) Strictly comply with company ethics and relevant laws and regulations
We build a corporate culture of fair, just, and highly transparent business activities, abide by international rules, relevant laws, social ethics, and various internal regulations and other relevant charters, striving to become a company trusted by customers, shareholders, business partners, employees and their families, and all stakeholders.
(2) Implement the principles of free competition and fair trade
We will strive to eliminate practices that hinder free competition, fraud, or unfair practices, and suspicious behaviors, achieving fair competition and transactions under the principle of free competition.
In addition, we will provide customers and business partners with accurate information about products, materials, technology, quality, and services.
(3) Prohibition of abuse of dominant position
We guarantee reasonable transactions with business partners based on contracts, etc., and will never abuse our dominant position in transactions such as buyers or clients to force the other party to accept specific conditions or unequal transactions, or to pursue personal interests.
In addition, we will require and assist our business partners to comply with laws and regulations, social ethics, ensure quality, and respect human rights , working environment, production safety and health, environmental protection, and information security.
(4) Prohibition of bribery and excessive entertainment and gift-giving
We will abide by relevant laws and regulations and maintain good and normal relations with relevant government departments, will not bribe, and will not make illegal political donations.
In addition, when interacting with customers or business partners, we will use common sense as a standard and will not engage in entertainment and gift-giving that could cause misunderstandings among stakeholders, or unfair or unjust transfers of benefits.
(5) Rejection of anti-social forces
We refuse to have any contact with any anti-social forces, groups, and organizations that threaten social order and security, including business dealings.
In addition, we adhere to the policy of rejecting improper demands and cooperate with relevant competent authorities, experts, and administrative organs to organise responses to anti-social forces.
(6) Protection and utilization of intellectual property rights
We will strive to properly protect , maintain, and utilize rights related to the company's intellectual property.
In addition, during the development, production, sales, and provision of products and services, we will conduct a thorough investigation in advance to ensure that we do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
At the same time, when it is necessary to obtain information about intellectual property rights from third parties, we will use legal and fair means.
(7) Import Export Management
In order to maintain international peace and security, when exporting products and components, or providing technology or software to foreign countries, we will comply with relevant international agreements and laws and regulations on export management, and apply for necessary procedures with relevant government supervisory agencies. In addition, in order to cut off the funding sources of armed groups that infringe human rights , we do not purchase so-called "conflict minerals" and materials, products, etc., made from their derived metals. At the same time, we will also require our business partners to implement the same policy.
(8) Reasonable management of company assets
We will properly manage company assets according to company regulations ( finished products, components, materials, supplies, equipment, including personal information, business information, etc., tangible or intangible assets ) . Moreover, we ensure that company assets are only used for company business, not only during employment, but even after retirement, they will not be used for personal purposes or disclosed to third parties.
In particular, we will treat business information as confidential information to prevent loss, leakage, or falsification. We will properly store it according to different confidentiality levels. In addition, we guarantee that we will only obtain business information through legal and fair means.
(9) Prohibition of insider trading
We will not disclose insider information about Sigma Optical Machine Group or its affiliated companies obtained during work to irrelevant personnel.
In addition, we will not buy or sell the company's stocks, etc., based on the insider information we know.
(10) Internal whistleblowing system
We will establish and maintain a complete set of internal company whistleblowing systems that are different from the daily work command and control system, ensuring that when illegal, unethical, non-compliant with company rules, or violations of relevant regulations are found or suspected to exist among company personnel, they can be promptly reported and exposed.
2. Respect for human rights
(1) Respect human rights and fair treatment
We comply with international rules on protection human rights and respect basic human rights and human dignity. Respect religious freedom, do not discriminate against nationality, gender, physical characteristics and age differences, do not use forced labor, and do not use child labor. We will also require the same of our business partners.
